The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

Tonight, under the last rays of moonlight, just before the light of dawn begins to spill into the World..a child shall be freed of the womb and fight her way headfirst into the hands of those who love her most. Nurtured in the energies of the accomplished and the relieved.



The freely given nourishment of her lifegiver will sweeten her tongue, and the heartbeat she has always known, while now more distant from her than she will be able to recall it ever having been..will throb against her skin; unaccustomed to the air..but snuggled closely to warm flesh.



The World will sing to her, alien sounds of crooning and soft laughter, gently whispered congratulations and lullabyes. Closing her eyes that cannot yet see, her dreams fleeting and flit will be speckled with newfound experience. Firstdrawn breaths and the smells of comfort and foreign territories finding refuge in the building blocks of her memories.



In the moments before grey dawn, as the moon has set and the day has not yet begun, a child will be born into loving arms, greeted with much expectation and waves of tangible Joy.



Swimming in a sea of Hope, as the waters of her birthing tub, cleansed by the Courage of her blood; blessed and the blessing.



For all the Science in the World, there is Magick in this thing. A sacred work..renewal of Life. Wonder of wonders in such a little thing.

This was inspired by the imminent birthing of my Cousin of her daughter. She did however, have the baby at Noon..lol.
